We have a ZERO return policy
ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. 

At Barn Sour, we are a family-owned and operated business, and every order helps us continue our mission to support neglected and abused horses.

Because of this, all sales are final. 

We do not accept returns or offer refunds at this time.

That being said, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Megan@barnsourranch.com and we will do our best to make it right.
